Blue & Gold 1st Birthday Decoration Kit

This decoration set features a pre-strung navy banner with gold foil letters spelling out "One" flaked by light blue and navy stars. It also has a metallic gold fabric crown with alternating light blue and navy pom-poms along the brim, a white glitter felt "1" on the front of the crown, and a gold mirror acrylic cake topper in the shape of a "1".
